Order Policies

Inventory shipments will be processed as ground freight and will ship within 3 business days, unless notified otherwise. Customers with specific delivery dates should call to place the order. Same day shipments must be received by 2 pm CST and are subject to a rush fee.

Inventory items with broken shrinkwrap, CD-ROM items, and download purchases are non-returnable/non-refundable.
